Receipe: Homemade Granola/Museli

22nd Apr 2013

Oats are a great thing to have first thing in the morning or as a sneaky snack in the evenings. I get bored of porridge everyday so I love to mix it up and make homemade granola! I eat it with ice cold almond milk or low fat pro-biotic yoghurt, mixed berries and fruit in the mornings. Or as a tasty treat in the evenings with creamy Greek style yoghurt, peanut butter and some grated dark chocolate on top- YUMMY!!

Read about the benefits of Oats here in my 'Five Weeks To Healthy: Week 1' post. This recipe is full of good fats- (yes! there is such a thing) it will help stop your 11am sugar fix cravings and keep you full until lunch time!
