Recipe: Low carb Pizza & Chips.

22nd Apr 2013 This is a simple, yummy recipe and a great meal to cook if you're in the mood for something bold but don't wanna break your healthy eating. Trick the devil on your shoulder by making low carb, high protein, gluten free,  Pizza and Chips!!

  • 500g Chicken breast (organic is always better!)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt & pepper for seasoning (you can add in additional spices; chili, cajuin, if you like)
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Low fat mozerella cheese
  • What ever else you fancy!
Ready to eat:
  • 60minutes
  • Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees
  • Dice the chicken breasts in a blender or if you don't have a blender, cut it up in to tiny pieces.

In a mixing bowl, add in the egg (I usually crack and whisk it a bit in a cup first) and the seasonings.

On a baking tray (with grease proof paper/ non stick spray- tin foil isn't the best for this) spread the chicken out evenly, ensuring that it's not too thick.

  • Pop it in the oven for 20-30mins. (keep an eye on it, you know it is done when it is completely white all over and it doesn't look 'wet' anymore)
  • Take it out and add your toppings

Pop it back in for another 10-15mins.


  • Sweet potato
  • Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper or additional seasoning of your choice
Ready to Eat:
  • 35minutes
  • Wash or peel the sweet potato and cut it in to wedges, about 3/4 inches thick

  • In a mixing bowl add in about 1 tablespoon olive oil and seasonings
  • Place them on a baking tray.

  • Cook for 15-20 minutes.

Serve with a side salad and Wallah- Healthy Pizza and Chips.
