Recipe; Berry Fusion Oats

Mixed Berry Oats with Flaxseed, 1/2 Banana and a Nectarine

Berries probably make up about 70% of my diet! I have them everyday for breakfast, on salads, as snacks, in smoothies, (I even go for Strawberry Daiquiris on nights out ;)... I haven't found a way to incorporate them in to my dinner yet, so if anyone has any recipes send them this way...

Below is a recipe for my new favorite breakfast. Once again I will state how I couldn't be less of a culinary goddess... If I can make this, so can you!


  • 1/2 cup Porridge Oats 
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh berries of your choice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Toppings of your choice; e.g. Fruit, Flaxseed, Mixed Nuts and Seeds.

Ready in;

  • 5 Minutes


  • Mix the water, oats and berries together in a pot.
  • Keep stirring until the berries melt in to the oats.
  • Pop in to a bowl and add your toppings!!
