The 30 Day Shred

One of my guilty pleasures in life is to sit down with ice-cream frozen yoghurt and watch weight loss shows. The Biggest Loser, definitely is in my top 10 faves, purely because of Jillian Michales- the 'doesn't give a crap, I will work you till you puke, one more push up' trainer on the show. I just love her 'either do it or be fat' attitude.

THEN, I heard that she has a range of workout videos all available FREE on YouTube. (LIFE = COMPLETE) After trying a couple of them myself I thought these would be perfect for people who don't have the time, the confidence or the money for a gym. All you need is a bit of will power, connection to YouTube and 2 dumbbells- (€11 Argos!)

One of many videos available is the 30 Day Shred- a 25 minute video that combines cardio with weight training, for maximum fat burning. The shred is broken up in to 3 levels.

LEVEL 1; For 10 days

LEVEL 2; For 10 days

LEVEL 3; For 10 days

Each level is different and gets a little bit harder- depending on what you find hard. Some people will be better at cardio while others will have more strength. Either way The 30 Day Shred is a TOTAL body workout all in less than 30 minutes. If you look up reviews on line people have had brilliant results with it- some losing a stone in 30 days, not to mention the inches lost off the places we hate- thighs, love handles, tummy. Perfect for the month before Holidays, a wedding or just anything that you have to look unreal for ;)
